The rent for this flat is £ 875 per month on ‘six month lease’ basis. Deposit £ 1000. The City Council Tax Bill for six months is £ 457 to be paid by the tenant in four instalments. The water Bill for six month is £ 255 to be paid by the tenant in two instalments. The electricity meter is provided with a pre-charging unit and it has to be charged depending upon consumption.
