Dear Sir, Thanks for the elaborate protocol of DNA isolation and purification...I do this for my TY students (Spin column method)..and also for PGDHGPT. the procedure is almost the same. Surprising to know that they do this at the FY level.
You report that the procedure you use is "almost" the same, in what way does it differ?

You have been reporting in great detail of the working of the Botany Department, and this is good, now we need to give a thought of making some kind of analysis of the differences between our two systems.
Maybe you can engage some of the tutors and students that you met to enable you to do this.
