Dear Sir,
ReplyDeleteDo they have CCL leaves there. If so how often is it sanctioned. If sanctioned is substitute Staff provided. How is the workload shared in the office.
Do they have workload chart for each Non Teaching staff.
How minimal is the paper work at Sussex University.
Thank You

Information on Policies and procedures, admission, leave, examination, records retention was interesting. we can try implementing some of the things in our College.

Dear Sir,
ReplyDeleteIt was nice interacting with you face to face. Thank you Sir for spending your valuable time with us and painstakingly taking us through the relevant information on Sussex Univ.website. With everything clearly specified and defined one will definitely have very few or no queries at all. We too should try to achieve such a standard here.

Sir,
ReplyDeleteThankyou very much for having a interaction with us and sharing the important information with us through video conferencing.its first time that i have faced the live video conferencing and it was amazing. After having the interaction with you i feel that we have to achieve a lot more towards the significance and growth of the college.I feel we have to work really hard to achieve the goal..thank you very much and we will try our best to do so.
Dear Priyatam,
ReplyDeleteThe University will grant to a member of staff who is a parent (a) whose child has not yet reached its eighth birthday, up to 13 weeks’ unpaid leave.
(b) whose child has not yet reached its eighteenth birthday, up to 18 weeks’ unpaid leave (for parents of a disabled child).
The entitlement applies separately in respect of each child (eg a parent of twins would be entitled to up to six months’ leave); and where both parents work for the University, each parent has a separate entitlement.
Since the leave is unpaid, the University will appoint substitute staff.
Appointment and continuation in service depends on efficiency of staff.
Paper work is minimum and cannot be zero.
Dear Greta,Suveena,Dakshata and Sarvesh,
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for posting comments. We will work together to achieve the excellent standard set by SU.
Dear sir,
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for your reply. As mentioned about the unpaid leave system, since we do not have the same system here, how can we distribute the work, when management sanctions CCL to women, which extends to more than 1 year including maternity leave. As it is not easy to give responsible work to the Temporary staff and also Govt. takes very long time to give approval for the substitute, the smooth flow of work gets hampered and also disturb the whole office environment. If possible we need to think on CCL before approving to non teaching staff keeping in mind the sharing of workload is not been simplified as of now (in HSS).
Looking forward to see good and effective changes which will help us in smooth flow of Office work.
Thank you, have good day and nice weekend.
please i would like to know if you can be accepted into first year, after doing your foundation in another country. i.e continue just for three years study.
