  1. The university ground looks very much like our college ground. Is it also the field Turf? Do the university teams pay for the ground?

  2. Yes, the ground looks like that but it is synthetic-"Astro Turf".
The university teams do not hire the ground.

  3. Does their ground make you feel nostalgic?

    The pictures are neat.

  4. No. I spent two hours on the ground in very cold winter

  5. Are there seperate grounds for the same sport for men and women? How much is the usage? How does the economics of this work out? But, the grounds are no match for ours. We have a natural sitting on one side and a spectacular background to boot.

  6. There are two football grounds with natural grass where men and women can play simultaneously. On every Wednesday, 2.00pm to 4.00pm the grounds are availble for inter-university/college matches for students only. On other days particularly on Saturdays I have seen these grounds are being used by the local clubs and the University of Sussex charges them £95 per match.Ofcourse, I agree that there is no provision to sit for the spectators to watch the match.
