  3. Dear Sir,

It was a wonderful experience interacting with you. Thank you for your time and your valuable insights.
It was interesting to see how History is taught at the University, I must say that it is at a different level altogether. I did find the methods of teaching and learning innovative and challenging. What intrigued me was the kind of reference material suggested to the students for self study. The fact that students at that level are expected to read primary sources, really amused me.I sincerely wish I could get our students to that level of reading.
I was curious to know what is it that keeps the students motivated and focused, thank you for enlightening me on the same.

Sir, some of the courses that have been mentioned on the University website, have caught my attention. I would be grateful if you could kindly give me details about the following courses:
    Year 1:
    *Historical Controversy
    *The History of Now
    Year 2:
    *1930 Indian Civil Disobedience

    Much obliged,

  5. Dear Ms.Vanessa,
The students are aware of the rules of passing the examination. The student will lose the year if they fail in sit and resit examinations conducted in an academic year. I will write to the course organisers of the courses which you have mentioned.

  6. Dear Sir,
I would like to thank you for giving us a glimpse of the methodology adopted in teaching history courses at the University.

What appealed to me the most was the use of seminars for facilitating the process of learning. I personally feel that this method could be adopted in those classes where the strength of the students is less.

The presentations that you showed us threw light on different perspectives on similar topics we handle here. For example: The Industrail Revolution.

Sir, after browsing through the history course content on the University site, I found some of the courses related to the ones we follow here.

I would like to know if I could get the details of the following courses:
    1) 1688 The Glorious Revolution
    2) 1789 The fall of the Bastille
    3) 1930 Indian Civil Disobedience

Thank you once again Sir for your time and efforts.

    With regards,

    Sarita
