SPRING TERM COURSES

Spring term will commence from 11th January 2011 and I have contacted the course convenors of the following courses and I will contact the convenors of the other courses (subjects) in due course of time. These are the courses going to be taught at the second year (Level 2) in spring term. The convenors should permit me to access the study materials of their respective course.
Biotechnology:
1.      Marine Biology and Biotechnology-Level 2; 12 Credits.

2.      Plant Science & Technology-Level 2; 12 Credits.

3.      Statistics for Biologists-Level 2; 6 Credits.

Chemistry:
1.      Bonding and Spectroscopy-Level 2; 12 credits.
2.      Co-ordination Chemistry- Level 2; 12 Credits.
3.      Introduction to Organic and Bioorganic Molecules and Reactions, Level 1; 12 credits
4.      Introduction to structure and Bonding Level1; 12 credits
Computer Science:
1.      Human Systems and Writing skills Development-level1; 12 credits.
2.      Operating Systems and Networks, Level 2; 18 credits
English:
1.      Language Acquisition-Level 2; 18 credits,
Geography:

1.  Climate Change Science and Policy-Level 2; 18 credits.

2. Geographical Information Systems-level 2; 18credits.
Psychology:

1. Abnormal and Clinical Psychology- Level 2, 12 Credits.

2. Applied Cognitive Psychology-Level 2, 12 Credits.
3.Developmental Psychology-Level 2, 12 Credits.
Zoology:

1.Wildlife and Habitat Conservation-Level 2, 12 Credits.

2.Behavioural Ecology-Level 2, 12 credits.

3.Developmental Biology-Level 2, 12 Credits.

     4. Advanced Molecular Cell Biology-Level 2, 12 Credits.

    Nice to know that the spring term course is having GIS of 8 credits.
    Wanted to know bout their content as their methodology would differ from Indian continental's one.
